3 /5 Jc Carroll: We usually really enjoy the food here, so this was a disappointing experience. I ordered chicken tenders with what was listed online as thick cut brioche, and even paid extra for it. I also clarified at ordering that it was the sliced brioche shown on the chicken club, and was told yes. When we got home, it turned out to be a standard seedless bun, which wasn’t sweet and didn’t match what was advertised for the club.
When I called to ask about it, I was told that their brioche is only a bun and that the sliced bread option is Texas toast — which may be true, but that distinction isn’t clear online or at ordering. If the menu has changed, it would really help to update the listing so customers know exactly what they’re getting. I just wish expectations had been clearer, especially since I paid extra.
