5 /5 Ron Brown: I have had a supplemental needs trust fund for 6 years with RCFS. The staff there is very friendly and do a phenomenal job. I work a lot with Eric and he is absolutely great! And hes done a lot of really good things for Pittsburgh and local communities. Rich the president is a very nice man as well. So far Ive been very happy with their services. I would highly recommend them to anybody. Will update this review in the future.

1 /5 Lorraine Bevington: If I could give them 0 stars I would. To call them a fiduciary service is laughable, I as well as others had to take them to court for breach of contract. They lied to us over and over, were completely incompetent and spent tens of thousands of dollars improperly and were lying to other trustees in this case. They are not to be trusted, among other things, once a trust was established and me and my husband were be emitting from it, they tried to have him(my husband) stay on social security and section 8 even though we had more than enough to take care of us. (We did not commit fraud, to their distain) and the. Tried to tell us we should get illegal celebrities so we can skirt our cable bill. Like I said, many other things went wrong, but this just goes to show what kind of people they really are. Eric and Richard are not to be trusted by anyone. I felt so betrayed thank God we retained good legal counsel. Now I feel like I can truly live my life how I want, not how someone is forcing me to.

5 /5 Karen About nothing: THE STAFF @ R.C.F.SWILL GO FAR AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY! SOMETIMES WE MIGHT NOT SEE EYE TO EYE, IN THE SAME BREATH, ITS LIKE FAMILY-WE, R.C.F.S. AND I, WILL EVENTUALLY COME TO AN CONCLUSION FOR THE BETTER!!!!

My elderly mother who relocated out of state is trying to cash in an IRA CD and they tell us she has to go there to sign a document. They refuse to help or understand that she is 600 miles away! They are rude and incompetent!

Thomas Krepps: Has to be the worst customer service I ever dealt with and I have comcast. Called my personal agent 8 times in the last 4 weeks and emailed her 3 times, zero response. Called the 800 number to speak with someone, no one ever answers. Leave a call back number and have yet to recieve a call back. So far I left a call back number 3 or 4 times. Im not sure what itll actually take to talk to someone.

bethany bowen: The experience with Paul J Amoroso & Associates was horrible they gave us a quote for the service of married filing jointly. When they were finally ready for the taxes to be submitted weeks later the price went up over $100.00. This after multiple conversations our taxes were rejected for a digit in one of our social security numbers that was listed wrong and then rejected again for not entering one of our names correctly even though it was correct on the W-2. Then when I called to ask Mr. Amoroso to if he would rectify the situation he was extremely rude and unprofessional he stated none of these issues were their fault and he was not interested in providing any resolution. Again even though the information we provided was correct. I will never recommend this tax company. Also instead of the refund being directly deposited which the company was provided the banking information for and said that it would be deposited before we would receive a paper check. Again the company dropped the ball and didn’t file them to be directly deposited. The paper check still hasn’t been cut from the government. At every turn Paul Amoroso & Associates have dropped the ball. Don’t ever use their services if you’re looking for anyone to do your taxes! They are extremely disappointing and the man who runs the company is extremely rude and unprofessional!!

Melissa Davis: I arrived at the office at 2:40 pm to be able to pay an occupancy application, and I needed the tax information, one of the ladies was very rude to me and did not want to assist me, she told another lady to help me. and she gave me the information in a hurry, they told me that the offices close on Fridays at 3pm, but on the entrance door and on the website it says that it closes at 4pm, I think they should better train people that provide customer service.

Jessica Hartman: ★☆☆☆☆ – Harassment, Lies, and Zero Professionalism Nexus Financial is the most persistent, unprofessional, and downright harassing company I have ever dealt with. For over a year, they have bombarded me with 3–12 spam calls a day from constantly changing phone numbers. I’ve blocked over 50 different phone numbers, and the calls just keep coming. For the record, I have never used this company or requested their services in any way. I’ve spoken with multiple representatives, confirmed the name of the company, and requested to be placed on their “Do Not Call” list several times. I was told each time that my number would be removed. It’s been well over 30 days since my last request. My number is also on the National Do Not Call Registry — which clearly means nothing to them. Today was the last straw. I answered a call, asked AGAIN to be removed, and the representative argued with me, claimed they’ve never called me, talked over me, and tried to push their services. When I asked for a manager, he raised his voice, belittled me, and hung up on me. This company’s behavior is abusive, illegal, and a blatant violation of consumer rights. They do not respect “Do Not Call” laws, they lie to your face, and they harass people into exhaustion. If you value your peace, privacy, and sanity, avoid Nexus Financial at all costs. I’m reporting them to the FTC and encourage anyone else being harassed by them to do the same.

Dave Chandler: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SERVICE. Lost nearly 3 months looking for help with a contractor problem. The lip service from the Alliance for Consumer Protection is pretty much the same as the lip service I received from the contractor. Promises of doing something and not following through. During my last contact with ACP it was explained they were unable to follow up with writing a letter to the contractor because the office is being relocated. The letter was suppose to be done 3 weeks earlier.
