1 /5 Thomas Krepps: Has to be the worst customer service I ever dealt with and I have comcast. Called my personal agent 8 times in the last 4 weeks and emailed her 3 times, zero response. Called the 800 number to speak with someone, no one ever answers. Leave a call back number and have yet to recieve a call back. So far I left a call back number 3 or 4 times. Im not sure what itll actually take to talk to someone.
