Lost nearly 3 months looking for help with a contractor problem. The lip service from the Alliance for Consumer Protection is pretty much the same as the lip service I received from the contractor. Promises of doing something and not following through. During my last contact with ACP it was explained they were unable to follow up with writing a letter to the contractor because the office is being relocated. The letter was suppose to be done 3 weeks earlier.
