Jill Miller This gym is a nugget of gold just waiting for you to find it! The trainers are technically top-notch and have the unique ability to find the perfect balance between challenging you and encouraging you. They keep the class sizes small, so its almost like having a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. You owe it to yourself to try out their 30-day introductory offer with no strings attached.

Nick I do physical training there as well as physical therapy. It’s by far the best place I’ve been to in the area. Matt and Justin are always happy to see me and are very good at what they do. Hannah at the front desk is always cheerful and greets you with a smile. Overall, I’d recommend Aspire fit to anyone.

Kisha Morris A friend of my son recommended this place and I am so glad he did! Paul welcomed me and was very pleasant. Sonny was awesome! He was patient, explained everything, and I am looking forward to my next session with him. The manager Joe explained the membership options to me and made my choice easy to make. I see relief in my near future!#thankful

Amy Bartholomew I have been to personal trainers before, but Max Fitness by far has given me the best results, since they not only offer personal training, but a nutrition program to encourage a healthy lifestyle with eating rather than just a diet in order to lose weight. I lost 50.4 lbs in 6 months and went down 3 jean sizes and I do not feel terribly restricted or hungry. Bentz and his other personal trainers are very enthusiastic, give constant encouragement and are extremely personable. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get healthy and feel great!!

Brodie Paul Have been working out here since I was eight. Might have taken some time off in the middle but now that I’m 18 I’ve been in the gym every weekday for years. Have gotten multiple people to join and they all love it! And I love how the employees listen and will constantly get new equipment when stuff isn’t up to par, like when the preacher curl (my favorite exercise) was broken. They had a new preacher curl set up in the gym later that month.

Aaron Flores This is the type of gym where you go if you wanna push yourself and leave all the excuses behind. You’ll sweat it out for sure, but you’re gonna leave feeling great. Any lift or movement you can think of, they have the stuff for it. ESP really gives off the vibes of a workout hard mentality, and I loved it.

Rajat Goel My wife and I met Joe while we were working with another trainer several years ago. It was at this time we always knew we wanted to work with him. After several years, we joined up with him for private training sessions. Joe is wonderful and great to work with. He pushes us like we wouldn’t do on our own. He makes sure we are using correct form. He designs a program that meets all of our needs. We highly recommend Joe as a personal trainer.

Randall I like to call this area the Muscle Beach of Harrisburg. This park has your standard fitness installments for bodyweight moves. The highlight is the Pull Up station. The fitness area is right next to some beach volleyball setups and is surrouned by a raised walking path. There are also benches. While there is no river view due to the raised walkway, the fitness area is very close to the Beach Club and other areas that offer lovely views of the river and the city.

Helen Wong I started working out here in August and have never regretted it! Chris is such an amazing trainer and he has pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of. Since starting, I am stronger, happier, and healthier. The investment in your health is well worth it. Chris is such a phenomenal person!! Not only does he work with you to achieve your goals, he also sees your deficits and builds his workout plan for you to strengthen that area. He is great at hyping you up and celebrating all your wins. He is responsible and dedicated and excited for you (!!!) to improve. Ill continue to come here on a regular basis ☺️

Frank Lentini Ive been training with Bryan at PTC for the past three months after taking a two-year break from working out, and the results have been both measurable and motivating. From day one, Bryan and the team took the time to understand my starting point and eased me back in with a smart, progressive plan that respected my limitations. The initial soreness wore off after a couple of weeks, and that’s when I really started to feel the difference. Bryan introduced exercises that targeted muscles I hadn’t used in a long time, helping me rebuild strength, improve balance, and regain confidence. Their approach combines free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises for a well-rounded program focused not just on size or strength, but on overall health and posture. Whether youre just starting out or already experienced and looking to fine-tune your fitness, I highly recommend PTC. The knowledge, encouragement, and support from Bryan and his staff have made all the difference.
