After talking with Brandon at my first session I joined because I thought it would be good prehab for upcoming knee replacement and it was. My flexibility increased and it improved my joint pain. Staff is knowledgable and adjusts your stretches to best meet your needs. I highly recommend.

Lisa Schreiber: Anytime Fitness is open around the clock, the staff are very friendly, the gym itself is very clean, and there are many choices for equipment for both strength training and cardio. I have to enjoy Kickboxing with one of the two upright bags the amenities are wonderful. I can get my own bathroom with a shower. He should also check out the classes being offered, for example, yoga and boxing.. At any time is also located near a grocery store, Lidl.

Fred: Has all you would need in a gym. It’s not too fancy, some areas in here are a little crammed due to the selection of machine and free weight equipment. They do have an infrared sauna and rock sauna. You may purchase products there and they have fitness classes.

Eric Dillon: I got to know the owners well. I had a membership for about a year. I came in primarily at night and would want energy drinks from their fridge and they had a sign out sheet for it to pay. I was told I could take them without paying the same day because I was a regular. As soon as the drinks I had (3-4) I had to pay for I got a phone call saying my membership was canceled and they called the police to trespass me, and to never come back. They don’t care about you.

Be ready to sit back back and watch guys wearing a tank top and a Towel around their waste, in shower shoes working out. The amount of GYMidiots here is amazing. But, that being said. The gym is super clean, the equipment is in great shape. The staff are amazing. Great, gym.
