Facility is well rounded in its offerings of space and equipment. Comparable to commercially available centers. It has weight training capabilities beyond what PF offers. Full basketball and racketball courts. Hosts fitness challenges throughout the year. No fees for use. Daily use lockers in both mens/womens locker rooms. Continuous additions of new weight training and cardio equipment.

Jesse Rinck: No trainers to schedule at times one can actually attend. Expect you to take off work to suit trainers schedules, much like doctorss appointments. Theyre probably great if you go to the gym Mon - Fri / 9am - 3pm.

Corby Crawford: This location is a Silver Sneakers partner. Very nice facility, clean and well staffed with numerous classes, free weights, machines and a variety of cardio machines.

Capital Union Building (CUB) - Middletown

Savannah Moss: Overall a pretty good facility. But when it gets busy there are not enough pieces of equipment. Convenient location and good equipment, just needs to be more. People try to do yoga on the floor but there really is not room for it so they end up doing it behind the bikes or by the scale. Could be better, could be worse.

Moxie Miller: Ive been going to Omni Fitness for a little over a year now and love it. The trainers are all knowledgeable and personable, and do a great job teaching and motivating people. I never feel uncomfortable at Omni like I do at bigger chain gyms so that is also greatly appreciate. Overall I would highly recommend it for people looking to get in to personal fitness.

Anonymously Anonymous: It looks like there are a sudden rash of positive reviews in the last month. More reviews than all the reviews total for the previous 2 years. Many of these recent good reviews are from 1st-time reviewers. This makes their authenticity questionable. I suspect the good reviews here arent real. The last manager even wrote a review pretending to be a member. So a reality check is called for here. I have been a member for about 2 years. They have a great variety of equipment. The equipment is not well-maintained. It takes weeks for equipment to be repaired. Worn items like the attachments for cable machines are wearing out and not being replaced. They have 4 slots for 7.5 pound dumbbells, but there has only ever been one 7.5 dumbbell there since I joined. Guys are videoing in the locker room which is a very creepy, cringe, kind of perverted besides being ILLEGAL, but they refuse to put up signs to stop it. That should be a "no-tolerance" policy in every gym. So dont be surprised when you show up naked on someones TikTok video. They deep-cleaned the mens locker room a few weeks ago. Usually, the cleaning guy sprays so much chemicals on the floor that you can hardly breathe and just pushes the dirt around and up against the wall with a damp mop while he talks on his phone so there was this black slop all around the edges of the floor. Some of it is still there back in the corner (where he usually doesnt clean at all). During my first 18 months the pool (which costs extra to use) was unavailable for a total of 2 months due to maintenance issues. The pool is hit or miss as far as cleanliness. Sometimes its really clean and clear. Other times you cant see the bottom. They dont vacuum it regularly. The lockers are NEVER cleaned or repaired. Many doors ripped off lockers.

Nate is a great asset to the company and highly skilled in fitness training. He is great at communicating, understanding various needs of clients and professional to work with. Great results! I would highly recommend PFT and Nate as a trainer!

CrossFit 717 - Lemoyne

Meagan: There are awesome trainers and members here that made me a more recent loyal member until I unexpectedly relocated out of town for work and requested a $135 (90%) refund for a punch card I cannot finish. I emailed owner Dwight Sheehan saying I purchased a $150, 10 class punch card on the Push Press app they use. I used one punch to attend class the day I purchased the card and then unexpectedly relocated for work and can’t finish it. When I requested a refund I was gas lighted about being informed of their refund policy at the time of purchase. In the attached photos you can see that at no point while buying a 10 class punch card are you informed of refund policy or a 2 month window to use the card before it becomes invalid. In the first paragraph of his email I was spoken down to about requesting a refund. American citizens should not need to rely on consumer protection regulations, but unethical situations like this are the reason they exist. If a reasonable $135 refund jeopardizes the sustainability of a small business than they have much bigger issues.
