5 /5 Tiger Lily & Tamarack: What a find! Cozy inviting atmosphere draws you in and beckons you to sit and stay awhile. The baked goods are scrumptious with vegan and gluten free options. A vegan pumpkin black bean soup was on offer till 2pm, I was sad we just missed it. Can’t wait to try it another day. Sugar free (they have multiple syrup flavors) coffee and peach tea energized us. Super fun outdoor seating overlooks the river. What a perfect spot to spend a sunny Indian Summer afternoon. The staff wrapped us in kindness and ensured that this coffee shop is our new favorite. Thank you and we will be back!

EVERYONE that works there is so welcoming and friendly! i look forward to going just to see the people that work there! i absolutely recommend anyone to come here and try their drinks, they are amazing :)

You can grab a table, chat with friends, or just sit back and enjoy being in the community as a third space. I’m a huge fan of their drinks! The River Fog is my all-time favorite and the Summer Sunrise is perfect when you want something light and refreshing! Their bagels are fresh and delicious, and it’s nice knowing that every visit supports local businesses. If you’re in Oil City and looking for a place with great coffee, tasty treats, and a welcoming vibe, Woods & River is definitely worth a stop!

5 /5 Dustin Harrison: If I could give this place seven stars, I would. Its not just that its local, or that the interior is absolutely gorgeous. Its not simply that the staff is incredibly welcoming, or that the entire establishment exudes a bright, charming, almost familial atmosphere. Its that my daughter has truly found a second family there. She brings her friends whenever shes saved enough to treat them, and its become a genuine goal for her to visit as often as possible. They feel safe, secure, and completely at home there, and I love that. I wish this business all the best and will do everything I can to support them. Theyve made such a positive impact on my older daughter, and I know my younger daughter and her friends will soon feel the same way! Thank you!
