From the start, the experience felt thoughtful and intentional. The lamb carpaccio was elegant and beautifully balanced, and the duck prepared three ways was truly phenomenal—each preparation distinct, refined, and flawlessly executed.
What truly set the evening apart was the hospitality. The chef and sous chef personally came to the table to explain each course before it was served, adding meaningful context without feeling performative. It showed genuine pride in the food and a strong commitment to the guest experience.
