5 /5 Steven Tucker: Absolutely fantastic birthday meal. Drinks were perfect. Bartenders know how to make old fashioneds. Oysters were fresh and well sourced. Entrees were creative and absolutely delicious. Server was attentive but not overwhelming. Really cool vibe and atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back!

1 /5 Thomas Titus: Service was extremely slow. It took us 35 minutes to get our drink once seated. It took another 30 minutes to get our entrees. I paid 30 days for the lobster which was served with chips. That I feel is a little ridiculous. The meal was good not worth 30 dollars. My wife got the cioppino seafood dish 42 dollars to peel your own shrimp. This place is okay. My wife and I eat out often usually trying new spots. There are at least a dozen other places I would go in the Lancaster area before going back here . Sorry drink was good, food was okay, Service horrible. Most likely wont be back

4 /5 Amir Mot: Cool place for a date night. Service was too slow. Food was alright. Appetizers were great and so were the drinks. Most people just get drinks here because it’s on the pricier side, but food was also worth a try. If we go back, it would be for apps and drinks though. Thank you!

5 /5 Manny: The atmosphere is very nice here. Medium sized venue under the street of Lancaster City. It is a upscale cocktail bar with excellent food. Nice for a date night or special occasion or even just a after work cocktail. I would recommend to anyone that appreciates some of the finer things. l and appreciates spending more to get more. Will definitely be back regularly.

5 /5 Ken Locher: BRAVO! This was my first visit to Proof. I am stunned. The entire visit was amazing! Everything from start to finish was 5 stars! Our server Casey was simply a delight with her attentiveness, knowledge of the menu and postivie attitude! She truly is a bright star! *tips hat* I ordered the Chicken Chasseur. It was divine! (STANDING OVATION to Chef Chris). The atmosphere of Proof is warm, inviting and upon descending the stairs leading from street level, you find yourself at the door where an atmospheric tone with a friendly nod welcomes you. And true to its name, Proof, has a list of distinguished spirits and a list of wines from around the globe. For dessert I set my eyes on the Fig Leaf Olive Oil Cake. Impeccable! I learned that everything is made fresh and all veggies are locally sourced! Quite an evening at Proof and very much enjoyed. A second visit is in the works. Encore!!!
