5 /5 Jennifer U: This is a special treat for the carnivores of the world! They start out by explaining the "salad bar" which is not just salad, but grilled vegetables, special cheeses, fruits, charcuterie and then the "hot bar" which has beans and rice, mac and cheese, candied bacon and more. But dont fall for it! Get yourself a nice little sampling, but save your appetite for the meat! They keep it coming!! The staff were so stealthy, sliding up and slicing off the most tender cuts, cooked to perfection and just seasoned enough (I usually salt everything and didnt touch it!!) I think we loved the sirloin the best, until we finished the night with a perfect, filet mignon. They had lamb, sausages, some pork, chicken wrapped in bacon and beef, beef, beef! Always warm, medium, medium rare, however you like it. They also brought small dishes of mashed potatoes, potato wedges and fried bananas, plus these little cheesy popover things for the table to share. Tasty, but dont fill up. I think these are decoys to throw you off the real prize, the steak! The staff were so attentive, they remembered how you liked it cooked each time they came around. And, by the time you put down your empty glass of Brazilian lemonade (a touch of sweet milk in lemonade), a fresh glass was there to replace it. I cant believe they had the audacity to ask us if we wanted dessert...if Id had an inch of space left in my stomach, Id have had more beef! Its expensive for sure, but when you want yo treat yourself, or celebrate, you deserve this experience! Go for it!

5 /5 Cory Miller: This fabulous steakhouse has only been open five nights. We met with Anderson Winck, the owner, and along with his staff, we had a fantastic meal. The restaurant consists of a salad bar with quite a few South American and Mediterranean options. However, the highlight of the meal is the all you can eat meat extravaganza that is served table side right off the skewer. Anderson pointed out that there are over 15 different types of meats that are available, all brought to your table by the punctual staff. Although the price of the buffet is one of the most expensive you’ll encounter, it is unlike any food experience you can find… Especially if you are a steak lover. There are a variety of drink options, from ‘still’ and ‘sparkling’ water both imported from Italy, to bottled Coca Cola, the non-alcoholic drink options were plentiful. The steakhouse has a full bar, and a fantastic wine selection. For a change of pace, our table ordered the Moscato. It was a delight! Don’t be deterred by the price. This steakhouse provides a unique ambience and a wonderful dining experience for everyone.

5 /5 William Illingworth: January 2026: Everything was delicious. The staff were wonderful. So many different cuts of meat even for a Monday lunch! If they didnt have the temperature or meat we preferred when they stopped by the table, they went and got it! Such a great way to treat your guests. Not taking a star away, but I was frustrated that they wouldnt split the check two ways. I understand not wanting to split checks at busy hours or for large groups, but they flat out said they dont do it. As a luxury dining experience, I expect more flexibility for the check like this. Again, didnt negatively impact our dining experience but definitely made it an awkward moment at the end of the meal. Definitely add a sign at the host station or door if this is the intended and permanent policy.

Manager Anderson greeted us with genuine warmth and invited us to tour the newly opened space. His enthusiasm and personal touch were so compelling, we immediately called the wife and returned to share the experience with her. The attention to detail didn’t stop there Manager Javier ensured every aspect of our lunch was flawless, checking in with care and precision to make sure we were truly enjoying ourselves. Then there was Beatrice—our server—whose attentiveness and grace elevated the entire meal. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, making us feel not just served, but genuinely cared for. The food? Outstanding. The meats were perfectly seasoned and expertly prepared, and the salad bar was a showcase of freshness and variety. Every bite reflected quality and pride. If you’re looking for a place that blends exceptional service with top-tier cuisine, The Gaucho Way is it. Highly recommended for anyone who values a dining experience that goes beyond the plate.

4 /5 Yenma Herb: If you’re looking for a unique dining experience, this a great place to try. It’s comparable to other Brazilian steakhouses. The salad bar was excellent with a variety of choices. There is a hot bar that had Mac and cheese, soup and some other items. You could definitely just go for the salad bar! The servers brought various cuts of meat to our table frequently. Our server also provided some additional sides of mashed potatoes, fries, and caramelized bananas. We missed out on the specialized dipping sauces though. We didn’t even know to ask. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Parking was a breeze since the restaurant is located at the mall. Overall a fun dining experience. We may go back just for the salad bar!
