The Brewerie at Union Station - Erie (PA)

4 /5 Linda Ward: Happy hour 4-7. Half off apps $5 draft, etc. Friendly, efficient service. The only wine available is Franzia which is pretty low on the totem pole. Its saving grace was the $5 price point. Unfortunately, you can’t even BYOB for corkage fee BUT I came for the Brussels sprouts and they DID NOT disappoint. Just the right amount of crispy, and the large serving was just the right temp. The Cobb salad was pretty good as well. Sadly their salads only come with field greens, no romaine. Seemed like I was cutting up the greens forever. Speaking of utensils, the forks are really thin and not pleasant to hold. Burger was cooked perfectly. Fries were plentiful but waaaay too salty. All that said, I’d return for the Brussels sprouts & burger.

5 /5 L B: Beautiful historic train station with a brewery and delicious food. Parking was a little difficult to find. Walking through the door was well worth it. This place takes you back to the old days. Your mind starts to wonder and you can imagine the hustle and bustle of all the people. Such a cool place!

4 /5 Dave Perhac: The overall space is amazing. It is an old train station that has been converted into a brewery. They are keeping the history of the building alive, which is super cool and increasingly rare. They had a nice selection of beers on tap. We really enjoyed the Silk Bomb, which is their flagship stout. We didnt get to try the food, but it looked tasty. Very friendly staff welcomed us. They had 4 packs to go and some merchandise available. Overall if youre in the area it is worth it to check it out.

5 /5 Sarah Dietz: I usually don’t take the time to review restaurants, but had to say something about this place. We found it on a whim from a google search when on a family vacation in Erie. First off, the ambiance is amazing. It was so cool seeing the history of this building. I think I was constantly looking around the whole time we were there. Not only did my husband and I both absolutely love the beers that we tried, but we were blown away by the food as well. I got one of the Mac and cheese dishes and he had the honey salmon special. It’s very rare to have a cool atmosphere, great service, amazing drinks, and delicious food- but this place offered it all.
