1 /5 Ann Hazlett: Really disappointed. We were so excited to try the taco pizza and all we could taste and smell was yeast in both pizzas we ordered. The taco pizza looked amazing but if it tasted like tacos, it was covered by the yeast taste. I called the store and spoke with a manager that said they make their dough daily and he didnt know what else to tell me?!!! Great, Im glad I called to alert you of an issue. Listen to your customers, and resolve issues or youll lose more...you lost us!

5 /5 Veritas Vincit: Placed my first order here today. Pickup pizza and wings. My order was ready on time, it was hot and tasty . Despite being.pretty busy,.the guys in the shop were easy-going and friendly. Good vibe already. See you again soon.

5 /5 Jerome Czech: First time ordering and we were very happy with our food. Just move here not to long ago and was looking for a quality place order from. We got a taco pizza, hot wings and a Stromboli. All were great. In fact the Stromboli was one the best Ive had. Prices are really good with that kind of quality. Delivery was spot on for the estimated time given when we placed our order. This place gets an A+ from us.

1 /5 James Shaffer: I have been a long time customer of Hermitage marchalonies. Never had one problem until tonight. And the manager, instead of trying to right a wrong, he took a stance of being extremely ignorant and downright nasty to me on the phone. My pizza had absolutely no sauce on it. It was delivered, manager told me there was sauce on my pizza, I said no, there is no sauce on my pizza. He still argues and then refuses to send his driver back to get the sauceless pizza . How nasty he was , if I had transportation I would take it up there myself and I certainly dont think he would deny it if it was right there . There is a tiny ring if sauce close to the crust , it didnt hit me until I got to the crust and first tasted that familiar sauce I been eating probably longer than he has been employed there. I hope there are ppl above you at marchalonies and I hope they read this post. My number one reason for choosing marchalonies is their sauce. You lost a long time customer tonight, great job manager, best of luck to you.
