Somerset Trust Company - Connellsville Dan Hatfield: Customer service is very bad. Ask a question, after asking 5 different people. Someone did finally answer it. When opening a premium green money market account , you have to change it to email statements only, which is great, when I opened account they said this was done automatically. IT IS NOT. You have to change it yourself, which is no big deal , just wish I would have been told that. Definitely gave me wrong information.
