    D H: This is a great place to bank. Its a credit union, and they often know you by name. They recently changed name from NFO Irvine to Kinzua federal credit union. With this came a new website and online banking system that seems to work quite a bit better than the old system.

My sister and I arrive here a day after my mother unexpectedly passed to get in the box. They said I was not permitted and never should have been allowed in there. The drive through lady was very rude and unprofessional. We had to get my father from the nursing home just so we could get important papers. Later Kristin was very pleasant and explained the mixup. I drove an hour out of my way to another branch just so I would not have to deal with these folks again to manage my parents bank account. Very poor customer service in a very emotional time.

    Cody Phinney: Do NOT go through them, i had a credit card for $1,500 got laid off so I couldn’t pay for a while, anyways, paid them off IN FULL, almost $1,700, now, they’re sending me mail, 4 months later saying i owe them $1,100??? Even though we kept the Check Receipt and got a thing in the mail SHOWING i paid it off in full....do NOT get a card through them, you’ll end up regretting it, TRUST me!     Cassaundra Press: Im only leaving 4 stars because Im limited with my insight compared to what I could be. I met Christin Borger when she represented another woman. I didnt know the woman, but I knew the child and was testifying as a witness to help the child be in a better loving situation. I knew his mother for many years and witnessed how she treated her kids when I lived with her for a short time, which is how I was connected. Christin sat with us and explained the process, what to expect, was an absolute sweetheart, and was able to succeed in a very complex case that I honestly dont see many other lawyers having a fighting chance in. Everything about her screamed respect and professionalism. So when I landed in a situation where CYS illegally took my children with no warrant and under false pretenses, I decided to contact the firm. I will say that in this area, the prices for the firm is insane. It would be understandable and easily affordable if they allowed financing and payment plans for limited income families, but they rarely do. Also, I see a lot of people talking about the secretary being unprofessional and rude. Im not saying theyre wrong because I dont know their experiences. But I had no issue with her. She sounds tired more than anything, but shes actually nice so long as she is given respect in return.
