4 /5 Ashley Myers: Its a bank. All your regular bank action. Deposits, withdrawals, ATM, bank tellers! ATM breaks every so often, so thats annoying. Bank tellers are nice, occasionally line is slow, but I imagine thats not their fault.

1 /5 Matthew Leitzel: Northwest bank is terrible to deal with. Setting up autopay for a mortgage is non existent. I called to verify they received the taxes for the property and was given two different answers from two people. What a joke.
