1 /5 Kristy C.: My name was on my parents account such that an event would happen I would be able to get in their safe deposit box. Ive never had a problem before getting in their safe deposit box. My sister and I arrive here a day after my mother unexpectedly passed to get in the box. They said I was not permitted and never should have been allowed in there. The drive through lady was very rude and unprofessional. We had to get my father from the nursing home just so we could get important papers. Later Kristin was very pleasant and explained the mixup. I drove an hour out of my way to another branch just so I would not have to deal with these folks again to manage my parents bank account. Very poor customer service in a very emotional time.
