There was also a issue with my title and with no questions asked the manager cut me a check to resolve it. Not a bad thing to say about this location. ❤️

Arutiunov Vadim (Ruso): What’s going on with these people? Not only I have never received my brand new card I can’t also find out what happened to it. But they were quick to send me a bill already and a new statement. I don’t even have the card, never activated the card but got a bill already. Card was supposed to arrive on the 8th of November, today is the 19th I still don’t have it. When I call customer service it seems I’m calling Ghana or Nigeria somewhere. Not only they barely speak English, they also can’t access their system to tell me where my card is at or order me a new one. Screw that.

michael brasher: I called in to just put a pause on my debit card, and I was on wait for about 15 minutes which was fine. I had my phone on speaker and when they answered they couldn’t hear me right away, so as he was saying if I can’t hear you (because of background noise) I will haft to cancel this call, I was grabbing my phone to take it off speaker. And within a span of 10 seconds of home answering my call he hung up and didn’t even give me a chance. And obviously this was very frustrating. Hopefully TruMark can do better.

R. A. L. K.: I really like doing business at this location. The only inconveniences are the auto-lock doors they use to enter/exit are tricky.. You have to wait until one closes before theyll buzz you in at the second. Same goes for exiting. The people are very friendly though and there are stools at the counter, which is nice.
