3 /5 Way Fau: I stopped in on my lunch break to open an account. The entire process was over 45 minutes and was awkward from start to finish. Maybe the representative who helped me, Blair was in training but she had several moments where she missed spelled words including my job title and employers name as well on my membership application. She was prepared to send me on my way without any documentation with my account numbers, I had to ask for a DD letter. As we were talking, I said that I was using the account for direct deposit and bill pay.
I was disappointed to know that I would not receive a debit card upon membership, and that I could not set-up bill for same day transactions. I will keep my account open with TruMark through the end of the year but am strongly considering closing the account when the year is up.
