1 /5 michael brasher: I called in to just put a pause on my debit card, and I was on wait for about 15 minutes which was fine. I had my phone on speaker and when they answered they couldn’t hear me right away, so as he was saying if I can’t hear you (because of background noise) I will haft to cancel this call, I was grabbing my phone to take it off speaker. And within a span of 10 seconds of home answering my call he hung up and didn’t even give me a chance. And obviously this was very frustrating. Hopefully TruMark can do better.
