1 /5 Arutiunov Vadim (Ruso): What’s going on with these people? Not only I have never received my brand new card I can’t also find out what happened to it. But they were quick to send me a bill already and a new statement. I don’t even have the card, never activated the card but got a bill already. Card was supposed to arrive on the 8th of November, today is the 19th I still don’t have it. When I call customer service it seems I’m calling Ghana or Nigeria somewhere. Not only they barely speak English, they also can’t access their system to tell me where my card is at or order me a new one. Screw that.
