5 /5 Jay Lore: I had an excellent experience with Naomi Surillo. She is a class act and gave me extraordinary customer service. I highly recommend One Main. I have been a customer since 2012. I also met Dave, the branch manager. He is very friendly and welcoming. There was a slight hiccup with the first payment, but it was quickly resolved. Fast, efficient five-star service. I learned alot but I got through it. Naomi was such a blessing, personable, funny, and her confidence level was outstanding. I love her. She helped me through every step which calmed my nerves.
