Safe to say I closed my account and went to Erie across the street I havent had a single issue I walk in ask to cash my paycheck and they do it without an issue.

D H: This is a great place to bank. Its a credit union, and they often know you by name. They recently changed name from NFO Irvine to Kinzua federal credit union. With this came a new website and online banking system that seems to work quite a bit better than the old system.

Kristy C.: My name was on my parents account such that an event would happen I would be able to get in their safe deposit box. Ive never had a problem before getting in their safe deposit box. My sister and I arrive here a day after my mother unexpectedly passed to get in the box. They said I was not permitted and never should have been allowed in there. The drive through lady was very rude and unprofessional. We had to get my father from the nursing home just so we could get important papers. Later Kristin was very pleasant and explained the mixup. I drove an hour out of my way to another branch just so I would not have to deal with these folks again to manage my parents bank account. Very poor customer service in a very emotional time.

Cody Phinney: Do NOT go through them, i had a credit card for $1,500 got laid off so I couldn’t pay for a while, anyways, paid them off IN FULL, almost $1,700, now, they’re sending me mail, 4 months later saying i owe them $1,100??? Even though we kept the Check Receipt and got a thing in the mail SHOWING i paid it off in full....do NOT get a card through them, you’ll end up regretting it, TRUST me!
