Both the West Mifflin branch and this branch have gone above and beyond with helping me resolve issues, giving me financial advice, and watching my account for fraudulent charges. I want to give a shout out to the branch manager, Angie. She was a great teller at the West Mifflin branch and, like alot of tellers, knows your name just walking through the door. These people really show the advantage of using a credit union.

Char W: I was depositing cash money into the drive thru atm when the machine malfunctioned and ate my money. I went to the branch to get this resolved and they told me that I would have to contact my bank. They would not be able to look at the tapes or balance to atm to see if there was an overage. Its PNCs crappy ATM. They should be able pull the video to see what happened and reimburse me right then and there.
