Moving to a new credit union was easier with their friendly faces. However, in the years I have been with CHFCU, meeting more staff has been easy! Everyone is helpful, kind, and patient. Titus Swan I Honestly Dont Know What Happened Here. I Was With FNG Before Key Bank Took Over. I Used This Branch Often Under The FNG Name, And Never had Any Problems. As Soon As Key Bank Took Over, The Level Of Professionalism, And Service Took A Huge Dive. I Always Felt Like I Was Bothering The Staff There By Just Making Simple Transactions. The Poor Service, And Bad Attitude Lead To Me Closing My Account.
