PNC Bank - McKeesport (PA)

1 /5 Char W: I was depositing cash money into the drive thru atm when the machine malfunctioned and ate my money. I went to the branch to get this resolved and they told me that I would have to contact my bank. They would not be able to look at the tapes or balance to atm to see if there was an overage. Its PNCs crappy ATM. They should be able pull the video to see what happened and reimburse me right then and there.

1 /5 Gerald Slivka: They dont deserve 1 star, I could type for 20 minutes about this branch and even worse White Oak but I wont. STAY AWAY FROM PNC, PERIOD POINT BLANK!!

1 /5 Heidi Brudy: PNC Bank is the worst bank ever! They jipped us out of $600 due to a transaction error on their part which they claim it is the stores fault where the transaction came from. No sympathy whatsoever! As long as they get their money they dont care about anything or anyone. Will NEVER do business with this bank ever again. Filing a lawsuit too! Make sure this bank doesnt put your money where the sun dont shine and tell you it is your fault for the errors they made.

1 /5 Nefertiti Ra: Theres no more tellers at this location, so theres no way of getting rolls of change at this location anymore. They still have an indoor and outdoor ATM machines as well, so unless you need to do business with a bank besides depositing, withdrawaling, getting rolls of change, new bankcard, drive thru or use teller services youll have to find another PNC branch that has tellers.

1 /5 Onagar Elder: Rude to customers, bank gossips about customers while in the bank. PNC also has rude staff, keep your money out of this bank and save yourself the games they play with customers.
