1 /5 Cafer Cengiz: Rude employees, long waiting time, poor quality customer service.
Edited to add that my review is in reference to my experience with the company overall. I was there last week and was treated very rudely by the employee I interacted with and, ultimately, was unable to have my needs met. I was rudely dismissed without explanation of what I can do to move forward, which should be a simple explanation for someone in this job post. Today, the manager I interacted with was kind and I appreciate her assistance. However, I spent more than an hour outside with 2 witnesses for a simple notarization - a process that took only a few minutes.
I came there because you were very close to where I worked and my colleagues warned me that I would have a negative experience. Unfortunately, after your response, 2 out of the 3 experiences I had with your company were rude!
