Rachel Tellers have always been super nice, I used them for purchasing my home as well and they were soooooooo helpful, and sweeter than the mortgage brokers my realtor tried persuading me to use. When we closed on the house they gave me a nice quality candle which was just really kind.

Jim Furman Rick has been a huge help insuring success in my wifes and my retirement. He was able to highlight and correct areas of possible shortcomings. He has also been flexible since we changed our retirement plans when we sold our home and upgraded our 5th wheel to tour the country full time. Adam Harshberger Irwin financial was my first call to try to do business with. But unfortunately I called 6 times in a 2 month period and they didn’t even have the common courtesy to return my call for some reason. I am working on a complaint directly with Raymond James. Bad customer service is shared with four out of five people to where good customer service is only shared with two out of five. I suggest Kooman & Associates LLC in Altoona or Seltzer Financial Services in Altoona.
