But unfortunately I called 6 times in a 2 month period and they didn’t even have the common courtesy to return my call for some reason. I am working on a complaint directly with Raymond James. Bad customer service is shared with four out of five people to where good customer service is only shared with two out of five. I suggest Kooman & Associates LLC in Altoona or Seltzer Financial Services in Altoona.
