5 /5 Rachel: Tellers have always been super nice, I used them for purchasing my home as well and they were soooooooo helpful, and sweeter than the mortgage brokers my realtor tried persuading me to use. When we closed on the house they gave me a nice quality candle which was just really kind.

1 /5 Loretta Dillen: I am POA over my mom have been 15 yrs. They always seem to lose my paperwork & I have to take ot down again every month. I am also my moms pay representative for SSD & every month even though the check clearly states my name on it I always get a run around about it.

1 /5 ALS 1976: I had to sit for 20 minutes today in a line that didnt move because when they put this bank in, they just shoved in it without enough space to operate efficiently. So cars get jammed together, there are 3 lanes but not enough room for that. There was no one in front of me today, but someone to the side of me in another "lane" but I couldnt move up. So I was forced to just sit there, with no one in front of me, but unable to move to the ATM and do my banking. Its a nightmare trying to use the ATM here. A total and complete nightmare. They need to close and reopen somewhere else with room for the cars.
