1 /5 Randi Skoog: Just prefacing that this is no hate towards any of the employees, but unless they were lying to me, according to new company policy, if they happen to mess up your order, they are no longer obligated to replace your food. They have been instructed to, instead of making you new chicken, to simply cover whatever you received with whatever you ordered, so if you ordered a dry rub and somehow received barbeque, they will just throw the barbeque chicken you received into the dry rub and hand it to you. Frankly ridiculous considering the price of what youre paying for.
