5 /5 Michelle Estrella: I had a nice experience at Thyme overall. The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance with a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The food was good, but a few things left me wishing for a bit more.
The dumplings were one of the highlights flavorful, well-cooked, and nicely presented. The yuca fries were also very good, crispy on the outside and soft inside. We ordered non-alcoholic drinks, and while they were refreshing and nicely made.
I tried the short rib as well. It was tender and cooked well, but it needed more seasoning for the flavor to really shine. It wasn’t bad, just not as bold or memorable as I expected based on the reviews and the price point.
Overall, Thyme offers a pleasant dining experience with great atmosphere and some strong dishes, but a few items could use improvement. I’d still consider coming back to try other menu options and enjoy the view and ambiance again.
