2 /5 Rebecca Mancini: Ate here over the weekend little disappointing. The guacamole was great. Our waitress wasnt really happy & was not really around. I ordered shrimp quesadilla it really was nothing great. However, my daughter ordered the chicken one, and it had a ton of stuff inside and looked double in size than mine. My friend ordered the Shrimp Diablo is want anything special especially for the price. I have eaten there one other time, and it was much better than this past time. On a side note the bathrooms were trashed and disgusting, not well maintained. I understand it was extremely busy, but even more so with that, you should stay on top of that, because its kind of disgusting. Not too sure if I will return.

5 /5 Bobbi Bromley: Whether you’re stopping by to have cocktails and an appetizer at the bar or there for dinner service had always been great. Food comes out quick and Although I don’t have a picture of the rice bowl, that was outstanding as well.

1 /5 Kara Glavach: This was my first experience here, I ordered shrimp tacos and steak tacos came out. Which I was fine with because accidents happen…but then when it was remade the sauce that my server said she’d put on the side she put on top of the tacos and I can’t eat that kind of sauce so I asked for queso on top which wasn’t even placed on the plate. I’m disappointed not only cause I told her, but also because she had us pay for the food that was tried but couldn’t eat and it was complained about. I don’t like to complain or bring managers into this but I can agree that this was bad service in serving as being a prior server. I’m traveling and this is nothing someone should have to have to worry about. The place is beautiful, service not so much.

5 /5 Viz Ritz: Urbano offers really nice and delicious food! For appetizers, we tried the shrimp tacos and chicken empanadas, both of which were fantastic. For the main course, we had chicken quesadillas, shrimp quesadillas, and the shrimp diablo—each dish was packed with flavor. To finish, the Kahlua flan dessert was absolutely delicious. The space is large, but the lighting tends to be on the darker side. Personally, I prefer a bit more light over the dining table. During my visit, the place was fairly empty and a bit slow, but it did take longer than expected to get our food. Overall, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was definitely the highlight. Highly recommend!

1 /5 Caryn Cangro: 4 women who ordered coffees with liquor shots with whipped cream & desserts. The coffee was OLD and absolutely COLD. Cold. Cold. Not even a hint of hot. The waitress had to run 2 doors down to get a can of whipped cream!? We said our coffees were cold, she took them back and NUKED them for 30 seconds, STILL COLD. Didnt even offer to make a fresh pot of coffee for us. This was at the beginning of the dinner hour not the end of the night. It was the most disgusting coffee drinks we ever had. None of us could drink our coffees. One had a COLD Hot Toddy, when asked for an additional carafe of hot water, was brought a tea cup of warm water. We each had dessert that 3 of us couldnt finish because they were to go with Hot Coffee Drinks, which were ice cold. For all this $83+ EIGHTY-THREE Dollars for the most disgusting undrinkable coffees ever. Sorry we didnt refuse to pay, we should have. Our mistake. Never again. Never recommend.
