1 /5 Michelle Benchoff: do NOT waste your time or money coming on a saturday unless you have a large group, as they are the only tables that get attention. for a group of 4 or less you have to request any meat and that’s for a chance for it to even come to your table. not sure why they ask if medium rare is good because 9/10 cuts and pieces were well done(see picture). managers avoided eye contact because they could see our frustration.
our waitress tried her best but with lack of support elsewhere it was just rough.

manager never came to our table after waitress said she’d have him stop by twice because we could not get meat to our table; which we didn’t want, we just wanted food
never even got the chance to turn my card from green to red
still tipped 20% because our waitress did try her best, just no help behind her efforts
