Nepali Kitchen and Bar - Scranton (PA)

5 /5 Nashra Zaman: A wonderful, unexpected flavorful experience. The restaurant and bar is set up in a grocery store; almost like a speakeasy. The chicken Thukpa was a burst of flavors, the spices cleared my throat and fulfilled my senses. If you can stomach the cuisine, this place is a must visit.

The staff seemed indifferent and unattentive, prioritizing minimal interactions over customer satisfaction. The overall experience was underwhelming and left me feeling unappreciated.

5 /5 Rodney C: I rarely leave 5 stars but this place deserves it for the food and prices that cant be beat. Found it looking on Google Maps and never had Nepalese food so had to try it. Ive been back 3x within the month, bringing family and friends since I came solo the first time. And I dont even live nearby. Reminds me of Thai spices but not as spicy, just right for me. Everything Ive had has been delicious, jhol momo, fried regular momo, chicken chili chat patey, and chicken lo mein. Similar to Chinese food but taste totally different. They also have a small bar with variety of drinks for low price.

5 /5 Val T: Great place to get a food. 100% authentic food from a hole in the wall(convenient corner store). But the food worth 30 min wait time. Delicious and fresh. Dishes that I have never seen before. Highly recommend if you are not afraid to go to that part of the town lol
