5 /5 Frances Keller: Absolutely fantastic experience. We enjoyed the Fun guy pizza. A perfect blend of mushrooms on top of Gorgonzola cream sauce which gave the pizza a lovely mouth feel and a subtle hit of rosemary in the spices was a welcome treat! Additionally, the thin crust pizza was fire oven baked to perfection. We will definitely come here again.

1 /5 Makenzie Speelman: My boyfriend and I came into Mexitaly’s for the first time on a Saturday night, and we were surprised to see there were so few people inside at first. However, after receiving the food, we were able to see why. I got a chicken alfredo which had 2 pieces of cold bread with it, super thick and goopy sauce (almost like reheated canned sauce), but pretty decent noodles. My boyfriend had a California burrito which he said was “subpar, the steak somehow had multiple cooks, and he could have got the same quality burrito from chipotle for cheaper.” We also got the churros, which were rock hard and the sauce that came along was super super bitter, so we sent them back. Our server Erin was SUPER nice and it seemed like a calm, clean atmosphere, hopefully they can improve the food a bit!!

5 /5 Rachel Travers: One of our familys favorite spots in York. A unique blend of Mexican and Italian dishes, as the name indicates with a bonus small on-site brewery. The food and beer served are always consistent. I usually trend towards the Mexican dishes but today I decided to try the Exotic Mushroom Cannelloni and I just found my new favorite! I am not a huge fan of crazy amounts of strong mushroom flavor-- this dish was heavy on the cheese and butter, then filled with spinach and mushrooms, exactly what i was looking for. Def highly recommend. Hubby loves the mushrooms on the other hand and got his favorite mushroom pizza. My kids go to is always the kids pizza. They make excellent light beer, hefeweizen and pils are very crisp and crushable. Very family friendly and great food. Outdoor seating as well.

5 /5 Julie Bailey: Mex Italy never disappoints! The food is consistently amazing — especially the pizza. You can taste the quality in every bite. And the beer? Out of this world. I’ve tried a lot of breweries, and I’m a total stout snob, but Mex Italy nails it every single time. Their current Santa’s Cookie Stout is honestly one of the best I’ve ever had — rich, smooth, flavorful, and downright unforgettable. We eat here 2–4 times a month, and every visit is just as good as the last. Great food, fantastic beer, and a place that truly takes pride in what they serve. Highly recommend to anyone who loves quality!
