Mexico lindo restaurant Easton - Easton (PA)

5 /5 Christine Kline: My husband and I frequent the one in downtown Bethlehem and this location is just as good - if not even better! We ate at the Easton location Monday night and both had enchiladas, which were absolutely delicious and fresh! Lots of chicken, delicious sauce and fresh lettuce made this truly amazing! A gentleman eating at a different table had a massive burrito, which was on special that night. It looked awesome, too! Cant wait to return and highly recommend!

5 /5 garth stenger: I have been going to the location in Bethlehem ever since it opened. The food at the Easton location is equally as delicious. There are different specials every day. The prices are reasonable. The food is delicious. The portions are generous. My personal favorites are the steak nachos, the shrimp tacos, and the fajitas. The burritos are delicious and huge. When I lived in the area I used to go to the Bethlehem location to eat almost weekly. Now that Im out of the area I try to eat it either of the two locations whenever Im back to the Lehigh Valley.

5 /5 Jess Mount: Great cozy atmosphere! Service was fast and efficient. I had the birria consome and my husband got chicken fajitas. Came with chips and yummy dip. Can’t go wrong here.

5 /5 Vogue Lounge Allentown: Finally found an Authentic Mexican Restaurant to go to!! Mexico Lindo in Easton was spot on! With your dine in order they gave homemade tortilla chips with all homemade salsas, and a free side of guac! Clean Silverware, Clean cups, refills without having to ask, they were very attentive. My woman got Bistec en Salsa verde, which was incredible, the meat was perfect! Trust me, my woman is picky , and she ate it all!! lol I ordered the Flautas from their vegan menu and it was perfect! To complete the meal, we ordered the Churros which turned out to be homemade!! You have to check this spot out!! 10/10
