5 /5 Susan2786: Breakfast/lunch spot in a shopping mall. Plenty of free parking, Indoor and outdoor seating. Very friendly staff, and prompt service. Shout-out to Gabby who has great suggestions and comments, and is efficient, friendly and very personable. The food was fabulous - lots of options, and a unique kind of hash browns - needle-thin, crispy and delicious - called potato hash. Another unique item was an egg Benedict over smashed Yukon gold potatoes instead of the usual English muffin. So delicious, plus the most perfect poached eggs ever. Good coffee with refills. They also have breakfast sandwiches, waffles, stuffed French toast, more. After 11:30, they serve lunch items too - but breakfast all day. Definite I recommend this place, and will return.

5 /5 J. Miranda: Gabby was fantastic and very informative about the menu. So much is made fresh in house, and sometimes there are featured items on the weekends that arent on the regular menu. Came here with my mom and we split the Shroom Benedict and Classic Benedict, one with potato hash and the other with tots. Highly recommend the Shrooms Benedict with Tots. We got a Stuffed Belgian Waffle and Fluffy flapjacks to go for my dad and brother, and the brown sugar whipped creme was awesome!! Well definitely be back to try out the rest of the menu. The outdoor covered seating is a really nice area, too.

5 /5 D-Port Brooklyn: I’ve ordered takeout from Sunny Side Up twice and both times were good. The pancakes are tasty and kind of addictive without being over the top. Both times I ordered, Mekkel was my waiter. He was informative, comical, and real, and gave solid recommendations that didn’t disappoint. I ordered the Fluffy Flapjacks, Philly Benedict with tots, and Not Your Classic Cheesesteak with fries. Everything was good; the cheesesteak was flavorful but slightly spicy. If you’re craving tasty breakfast or brunch-type food, check the spot out.
