Mama Janes Eatery - New Castle (PA)

3 /5 Wendy Ross: First of all I want to say this was our first time. Our waitress Shea was absolutely fabulous, I just wished the food would have matched her personality!l Her ability to serve was wonderful she was on top of everything. Never had to track her down once! I highly recommend asking for her if you’re able. Now onto the food, it was ok nothing great about it. I ordered breakfast and it was not hot only room temp and the sausage links were like a raw taste, the hash browns weren’t bad but I only got one egg but was supposed to get two( weird) but the prices were really high considering the amount of food that was provided. I’m glad I tried it. I may or may not return in the future. But one thing for sure this restaurant needs to be thankful for the waitress named Shea because she is awesome! So thank you Shea for being a wonderful server!

4 /5 Jennifer Reamer: Wanted to try a new place and gave Mama Janes a go. Dont judge a book by its cover. Curb appeal wasnt anything to write home about, but upon entering the restaurant, it was clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly. We were seated immediately and service was quick. Many options to choose from and breakfast served all day. We both had a special of the day and no complaints at all. Food was served hot and had great flavor. Prices reasonable. Easy parking. Its not close to home for us, but would definitely come back!

5 /5 Howard Pierce: Entered and had a slight wait with no one in line. Restaurant looks clean. Given a booth with a slight wait for a drink. Waitress friendly enough and brought extra napkins, which is a plus. Unsweetened tea not bad with lemon. Ordered a 9.99 meal of chopped steak over mashed potatoes with sauteed onions and mushrooms. No gravy. Probably would have tasted better with the gravy, but trying gluten free. They did serve a roll with cinnamon butter. Decent meal. Decided on cheese cake with blueberries. Plenty of berries. I was pleased here. Clean bathroom.

5 /5 alaina carney: Had brunch there today. Our waitress had awesome energy! Food was delicious. Prices were reasonable. Wait time was decent. When we were finished, they even offered us to-go cups and refills for our drinks! When checking out at the front, I realized I wanted a sweet treat as my partner was already signing the receipt and they let me have it on them! The pumpkin muffin was great and all of the staff were so pleasant to be around and talk to! 10/10 the experience made me reconnect with my faith in humanity :)

5 /5 Tracey Dannemiller: My best friend , Tina, and I were in the area from Florida and Mama Jane’s was recommended . We were pleasantly surprised by the decor, the prices, portions and Emma, the waitress was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, kind and went over and beyond her job requirement by taking our picture. She has a great personality and is great with the customers. If back in the area we will definitely come back.
