5 /5 Mario Yesquen: Keystone Restaurant is the definition of a classic diner — right in the heart of downtown Harrisburg, just steps from the PA Capitol. This was a perfect breakfast stop on our way to Gettysburg. We went with some of the popular choices: the 3 eggs Western omelette with cheese and an English muffin on the side, biscuits smothered in sausage gravy, and of course, I couldn’t leave Pennsylvania without ordering scrapple (had to make my son try it too!). Portions were generous, everything hit the spot, and the service was super friendly. One of those places where you eat really well for a great price. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Harrisburg.
