5 /5 Alma Macchiaroli: First time at Hyde Park for my birthday dinner . We seated in a booth per our request upon arriving. Our servers Logan and John were both amazing, very attentive with great interpersonal skills. Our meal began with the calamari which was probably the best I’ve ever had. It was crispy, fresh and had a unique Asian flair to the dish. Next, we had a Caesar salad that had great tasting dressing and croutons. Our main dishes consisted of the Steak Malkin Ribeye, Hines Ward filet cooked medium rare and the garlic whipped potatoes. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the potatoes were creamy and delicious. For dessert, we ordered the butter cake and given a birthday dessert as well. During our meal, we had a visit from one of the managers, Kylie who welcomed us and took the time to talk to us a few minutes. This was a great dining experience and will make this my steakhouse for all occasions.
