2 /5 Moe: To the owner - the food has good flavor, the atmosphere is freezing cold, the service is hit or miss. I have been there 3 times in the past 30 days. The first two experiences were fine. My last experience was terrifying. There’s a young blonde girl that works. There does not have a clue how to roll a burrito. I had a loaded burrito with queso on it as she proceeded to roll my burrito into a softball shape literally round case I was oosing everywhere she kept wiping the queso all over the outside of the burrito wrap, so I could not be touched without a giant mess. It was so bad I had to yell stop. She had no idea that was wrong. I told her I can’t touch that and it’s not supposed to be round. It’s a burrito for God sakes. A middle-age gentleman came and saved me. She wanted to wrap the mess she created and a second rap over top of the nasty ramp I said absolutely not. I allowed her to dump the inside of the nasty wrap into a clean wrap, so not to waste food and ask for a clean foil the middle each gentleman who saved me wrapped the burrito in the proper shape with a zero problems. I request this girl be trained, as I will not have her touch another burrito ever. On another note, I asked if you gave military discount and they said it was only for active military members not veterans yet when I look it up on the website for corporate veterans are included so I am confused. Can you please clarify for me thank you.
