1 /5 A B: was very disappointed with my recent visit. After being seated, it took well over ten minutes before anyone came by to acknowledge me, and I eventually had to get up and ask for service while several employees stood around talking. When I finally placed my order, I made a simple request for no sauce on my sandwich, yet it still arrived with sauce. At that point, it felt like attention to detail and customer care were simply not a priority.
I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic hospitality, attentiveness, and accuracy when dining out. Unfortunately, the lack of prompt service combined with the careless mistake on my order made this experience far less enjoyable than it should have been. To be candid, I’ve experienced more attentive service at a small gas station diner than I did here, which speaks volumes. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for future guests.
