5 /5 Hannah Patton: I checked out the Back To the 80’s pop up bar last weekend with my friends. It truly is an immersive experience and transports you back in time to the 80s. The DJ made you feel like you really were at an 80s party. The drinks and food brought all the nostalgia as well!

Robinson Noel: Parx is a GREAT casino where they have a lot to do. Their restaurant is phenomenal and the server Charles P is amazing with his customer service! Inside their restaurant they have a variety of fresh foods to choose from and creme brulee thats only $7 bucks. Ive never seen creme so cheap in price but taste and quality is top-notch! Their pizza is made fresh with a fire broiler oven and the bar tender will make almost any custom drink you want. The prices are great and the food is even better. There is also a mini mart stop-and go inside that is paired with the restaurant if you just want something light or on the go. The slots are colorful and get you hooked immediately so be careful! They have all kinds of machines that will suit your fancy. Best of all, they have comedy shows and other shows weekly, especially on weekends that are free! Warning though: their shows are not for the faint of heart or the easily offended. Definitely worth the time to watch and very entertaining. A must for a weekend get-away or unwinding after a busy week. 5 stars!

W S: Pulled in and immediately felt like I was being cast as “Victim #1” in a true crime reenactment. Nothing here feels safe — the door chain is too short to use, the curtains don’t close all the way (enjoy being on display!), and the front desk guy needed my ID twice because, I dunno, the voices weren’t done talking? Then some guy who clearly lives there starts asking when I’m leaving, like he’s checking if I’ll be gone long enough to borrow my organs. Meanwhile, the bed sheets looked like they survived a forensic investigation. Unless you enjoy sleeping fully clothed with one eye open and your car keys in hand, go literally anywhere else.

While I understand these games involve risk, for that amount of money, there should at least be some level of entertainment or fair return. To make matters worse, as soon as closing time hit, just abruptly told me to wrap up my game no chance to finish what I was doing—just lights off and rushed out the door. That’s not how you treat paying customers. I left feeling extremely disappointed. For a business that relies on loyal players, this was a very poor experience. I will not be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a fair or respectful gaming environment.

I love when I can find a good old fashioned three wheel game with one pay line! My only complaint would be that a lot of the gaming floor is smoking. I wish there were a larger non smoking area.
