United Community FCU - Washington Hannah Cummins: This is the absolute worst bank I have ever used in my life. The customer service is absolutely horrible. My account had went into the negative out of nowhere one day and the bank claims that they had nothing to do with it and it’s from another transaction place and the transaction place that I had called had claimed that the money was already taken out which it was. So all of a sudden I’m missing money and in the negative and no one can help and keeps giving me the run around. I will not use this bank no more and the account I have can just stay in the negative since no one can give me answers
