1 /5 Hannah Cummins: This is the absolute worst bank I have ever used in my life. The customer service is absolutely horrible. My account had went into the negative out of nowhere one day and the bank claims that they had nothing to do with it and it’s from another transaction place and the transaction place that I had called had claimed that the money was already taken out which it was. So all of a sudden I’m missing money and in the negative and no one can help and keeps giving me the run around. I will not use this bank no more and the account I have can just stay in the negative since no one can give me answers

5 /5 Steven Stewart: Im not sure why people are rating this bank anything less than 5 stars. The girls here are personable, attentive, thorough and fun. Best credit union Ive ever had.

1 /5 Mikal Mersereau: Terrible customer service recently. Tried to deposit a large check, that was issued from a another credit union, because of a loan/car sale and they totally dismissed me, with absolutely no guidance and the "nothing I can do" answer. Went to Wilmerding branch 2 hours later, and there was absolutely no problem, just a typical hold like any other non-business account check. Will never use this branch in Washington ever again.

1 /5 Inga Borg: Disappointing, to say the least. Ive had problems accessing my money 3 different times and every time was told there was nothing they can do. Be nice if they would either update their computer systems or provide proper training for tellers.

2 /5 Patrice mcnabb: My credit union is out of town this one is a local shared branch I’m able to do my banking through. Was gonna open account but after dealing with them I’m not. They are cold. I get the feeling they just tolerate me. An a lot of the times I’ll give my account number a name of credit union a they seem to get wrong one all the time. I say Erie federal credit union a they got something in Ohio smh which mine was here but I like them an even being 2 1/2 hrs away i prefer them over anyone else. I don’t use banks an not dealing with this one one more then I need to
