Dollar Bank & Loan Center - Washington Jon Allen: This bank has technology issues and communication issues. Within the span of two weeks, I had my card locked due to suspicious activity, upon receiving a new card, it had issues after activation, multiple charges for the same purchase, return and refunds could not be processed, and all kinds of miscommunications between customer, branch and card services. Also my, credit card would not show any transactions, yet showing I have a balance to pay, but I cant see what was charged. I cant trust them to handle a few small issues that takes a lot of work on my part to get resolved, how can I trust them with my life savings? Closing my accounts and moving on to a trustworthy bank.
