5 /5 Kelsey Bugaile: I began training with April about 3 months postpartum with my first baby. I was looking to strengthen my core and get back into weight training after slacking in the beginning of pandemic and throughout pregnancy. I am now 9 months pp and feeling strong, thanks to my sessions with April. The sessions are 30 min, so pretty quick, but also intense. In the past, I rarely looked forward to workout sessions or having to go to the gym. It was more of an obligation to me, rather than fun. Now, I find that my training sessions at Omni are one of the best parts of my day, and I truly enjoy and look forward to them. I love having a relationship with fitness that doesnt feel obligatory. Training with April at Omni has given me that, and I am very thankful.
