Northwest fraud detection system and software needs an update. The software is too simple. The software used by Truist, a national bank, has fantastic software.
he software is the same software my credit union in Florida used to have before the CU changed. Additionally, my Florida institution, Truist incorporates an amazing Fraud detection system. I have traveled, I have prerforned transactions out of the ordinary, never getting my card blocked. When fraud has occurred, the software detected it and declined access to my card. Further, I knew about it right away. I could correct it right away. Northwest, however, requires hours wait before I receive notification or can correct the action. This has left me and other account holders stranded. This is a serious safety concern for account holders as well as to the Northwest holdings Bancshare holdings. On the banks behalf, I understand there is much more to incorporating a system. It is a suggestion
