5 /5 greg black: Enjoyable, describes my experience when banking at the McKeesport branch...I am always greeted with a smiling face and the staff are eager to answer any questions I may have. Jessica is phenomenal and Noreen is in a class all by herself.

1 /5 Ridgely Home Services LLC: I don’t know if it was because I’m black or what it was but the manager of this bank first denied me to have access to funds from a 5 figure check then did something to my check where it only held a certain amount & the rest is unavailable or whatever he did to screw me over
