1 /5 Khalid Sanhaji: Unprofessional and rude service. The agent, Criss, refused to process a loan application and demanded Costumer credit score before even starting. His behavior seemed discriminatory, especially towards those with English language accents. Be aware.

5 /5 Freckle Face Farmer: I worked with David and he provided exceptional customer service! He was knowledgeable, helpful and explained each stage of my loan to me. He answered my questions. Unbeknownst to me, my planner fell out of my bag. David called me to let me know he was delivering my planner to the location where I purchased my car which is close to my home. That is above and beyond in my book.

5 /5 Rhea Grove: I dont get the bad reviews either. I had a great experience with Lendmark. The application process was easy. Adrian was very friendly and helpful. She made the process go very smoothly. She explained all parts of the loan agreement and wasnt pushy when telling me about the programs that could be added. Id recommend Lendmark to anyone looking for a loan.

5 /5 Quaisha Moore: Not sure why there is a low review but my experience with Lendmark was amazing . I give it a 5 star. Cathy was an angel. I applied for an auto loan and needed a co-sign however, they worked something out for me and made my process even smoother. Every piece of detail and information was well explained and if I still did not understand Cathy broke it down piece by piece. My application and closing process was a breeze and again any concerns I had was answered right away. I would 100% recommend to anyone that’s looking for a Lender. Cathy was amazing and I will definitely be a returning customer.
